Nucleus Coffee Tools

Nucleus was founded by World Barista Champion and coffee professional Sasa Sestic.

Ever since Sasa dove into the expansive world of coffee, he has constantly been looking for ways to not only improve every cup but to perfect it.

For him, the drive to extract every drop of flavour out of each bean has led him to create these products. Backed by scientific institutions, a world-class team of product testers and the passion to push the bounds of what was thought to be impossible. All designed to deliver the best coffee has to offer inside your cafe or home.

The Coffee Man film

The Coffee Man is an intensely personal, observational documentary that will have you biting your nails, standing up and cheering; and wishing that you, too, could experience Sasa’s Holy Grail: the perfect cup of coffee.

Sasa Sestic’s journey to the World Barista Championship 2015 was a long one. But his dedication and pursuit of excellence carries him through as do his family, his staff, coffee growers and roasters and the vendors who travel with him on this remarkable journey.

Having now been screened in more than 50 countries around the globe, The Coffee Man follows Sasa from Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee to Seattle, Washington (USA), the home of the specialty coffee movement and host of the World Barista Championship 2015.
